Coach Richard Morgan brings a championship pedigree and a proven record of excellence to the Niceville Eagles football program. With an impressive 224 career victories and three state championships, Morgan’s leadership has consistently translated into on-field success throughout his coaching career. Renowned for his commitment to player development, Coach Richard Morgan has helped shape the futures of 185 student-athletes who went on to play college football. His coaching résumé includes 21 All-American selections, 72 All-State honorees, and seven players who reached the NFL. His teams have made deep postseason runs, with eight Final Four appearances and 15 trips to the Elite Eight. Morgan’s eye for talent and ability to maximize potential have earned his players top individual honors as well. He has coached five State Players of the Year and two Gatorade National Players of the Year—further evidence of his ability to develop elite-level athletes. His success has not gone unnoticed on the national stage. Morgan has been selected as an All-American Game Coach four times, a testament to his reputation and impact within the football coaching staff. As he takes the helm of the Niceville Eagles program, Coach Richard Morgan brings with him a legacy of winning, mentorship, and excellence.

"Coach Adron" has been an integral part of the Niceville Eagles football coaching staff since 2010. He led the JV team for a decade, achieving two undefeated seasons and four seasons with only one loss. Additionally, he was a proud member of the Niceville Eagles' 1988 4A State Championship team alongside Richard Morgan.
